I waited for over 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Was told later that my Oil change was done 30 minutes earlier but wasn't notified Something to do With misplaced or missed keys

Very friendly staff but they didn't do the job I needed correctly. I got a vin inspection to get a car registered and they signed the wrong spot and didn’t even put the correct body type so I have to get another inspection and wasted 2 hours at the bmv. When I came to pick my car up they didn’t even remember that the vin inspection was part of the service I needed and rushed it which is probably why it was wrong. Nice people though

I was told my car would be done around 1 . I went by around 2 and was told it would be a couple of hours. I told the service guy I was going home because my ride needed to leave and that I would need the shuttle to bring me back to get my car When they called to tell me my car was done I said I needed the shuttle to come get me. When the shuttle lady called me she said that she would not be coming to get me until the next morning. She said that she was on her way to the bank and only ran the shuttle until 4. Later they sent a mechanic to pick me up and I got home around 6:30.
