The Dealership Sales Rep said he would fix the couple of things broken on the vehicle if I purchased it. Then decided that he wanted to charge me $280.00 to fix it and tack it on the sale price of the vehicle. The Sales Rep’s supervisor said he would give me a discount but back off on the offer when it came time to purchase the vehicle. Our family has purchased a dozen vehicles from this dealership and this is how they treat a loyal customer. My family will no longer endorse or purchase any more vehicles from this Dealership. Now I’m having issues with this vehicle. Warning lights started coming on as soon as I drive the car off the lot.

The service dept. at Joe Ferguson Buick identified items that did not need to be fixed at an estimated cost of over $3000. I received a second opinion today and the $3000 repair quoted by Joe Ferguson required only a $500 fix from a local garage. I guess making money is more important for Joe Ferguson Buick than the customer. I was disgusted for the second time. I was also disgusted when the price went up on an axle repair by over $100 once I had approved it. Did they think I would not notice? I called Daniel to complain and he reversed $70 of the extra charge. I then cancelled the repair. I will never trust Joe Ferguson with my vehicle ever again. Increasing the price of a repair I approved is unethical as well as telling me I needed 3 parts replaced around my engine at a massive cost when only one seal needed replacement. I plan to warn others about what I experienced.
