I have had my truck for a year now and have nothing negative to say about Ferguson. I have had absolutely no issues with the dealership. They have been friendly and accommodating so far. Luckily I haven't had to have anything major done on my vehicle but I am hoping that if that time ever comes I won't see a change in the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I waited almost two hours for an oil changed that was scheduled. When I got home I noticed my glove box was laying on the floor. This is a good dealership. I know they can do better. I’ve always had good service. This time things slipped.

The Dealership Sales Rep said he would fix the couple of things broken on the vehicle if I purchased it. Then decided that he wanted to charge me $280.00 to fix it and tack it on the sale price of the vehicle. The Sales Rep’s supervisor said he would give me a discount but back off on the offer when it came time to purchase the vehicle. Our family has purchased a dozen vehicles from this dealership and this is how they treat a loyal customer. My family will no longer endorse or purchase any more vehicles from this Dealership. Now I’m having issues with this vehicle. Warning lights started coming on as soon as I drive the car off the lot.
