When we were purchasing a new vehicle, we were degraded for refusing to sign a POA to the dealership so that they could make changes on our behalf to any document regarding our vehicle. It is not appropriate for any customer to sign a POA to the dealership, and no one should sign a POA (which document comes with every purchase - people just do not know what they are signing) nor should anyone be demeaned for refusing same, as we were. Many dealerships have had lawsuits for changing documents, and none have won. If they need a document resigned or changed, they can ask the customer, as it should be. We did not sign one - and no customer should sign a POA to the dealership. In addition, we asked no less than 3 times that our information not be given out for mailing or calls or email lists. We were assured only their products would be forwarded. It was obvious he was not being truthful at the time. Since approximately a week after the purchase, we have received no less than 20 emails PER DAY for junk emails for a myriad of other places. It is clearly this dealership who sold our information as these emails are coming with the purchaser's name on the emails, and he his name has never been associated with this email address before for any purpose, nor has this email ever received advertisements as it is encrypted and a work email. His name on the emails is cut and dry. The entire signing fiasco was with degrading, demeaning and untruthful, with a horrible attitude just because we knew our rights. These examples are only two examples of our experience.

I had come in for an alignment and they found a bent a arm. A part was ordered and replaced on the following day with an alignment.

These guys really know their stuff. My 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali needed a bit of work. They knew exactly where an oil leak was coming from and fixed it 1st time! My truck is wonderful to drive again! (The other guys tried 3 times and still didn't find thst leak.)
