When we were purchasing a new vehicle, we were degraded for refusing to sign a POA to the dealership so that they could make changes on our behalf to any document regarding our vehicle. It is not appropriate for any customer to sign a POA to the dealership, and no one should sign a POA (which document comes with every purchase - people just do not know what they are signing) nor should anyone be demeaned for refusing same, as we were. I had come in for an alignment and they found a bent a arm. A part was ordered and replaced on the following day with an alignment.

These guys really know their stuff. My 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali needed a bit of work. They knew exactly where an oil leak was coming from and fixed it 1st time! My truck is wonderful to drive again! (The other guys tried 3 times and still didn't find thst leak.)

I had been having an ongoing engine issue that was getting addressed through warranty. Daniel was constantly updating me throughout the process and fighting hard for me to make sure warranty was doing their part and addressing the issue. In town for a few days from out of state when my truck started showing a service soon message. I called and spoke with Troy in service and he got me in quickly, the technicians got things diagnosed and repaired quickly. Can’t recommend this service center enough. Very friendly folks here that will get you taken care of.

Very friendly staff but they didn't do the job I needed correctly. I got a vin inspection to get a car registered and they signed the wrong spot and didn’t even put the correct body type so I have to get another inspection and wasted 2 hours at the bmv. When I came to pick my car up they didn’t even remember that the vin inspection was part of the service I needed and rushed it which is probably why it was wrong. Nice people though

I was told my car would be done around 1 . I went by around 2 and was told it would be a couple of hours. I told the service guy I was going home because my ride needed to leave and that I would need the shuttle to bring me back to get my car When they called to tell me my car was done I said I needed the shuttle to come get me. I have had my truck for a year now and have nothing negative to say about Ferguson. I have had absolutely no issues with the dealership. They have been friendly and accommodating so far. Luckily I haven't had to have anything major done on my vehicle but I am hoping that if that time ever comes I won't see a change in the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
I waited almost two hours for an oil changed that was scheduled. When I got home I noticed my glove box was laying on the floor. This is a good dealership. I know they can do better. I’ve always had good service. This time things slipped.

The Dealership Sales Rep said he would fix the couple of things broken on the vehicle if I purchased it. Then decided that he wanted to charge me $280.00 to fix it and tack it on the sale price of the vehicle. The Sales Rep’s supervisor said he would give me a discount but back off on the offer when it came time to purchase the vehicle. The service dept. at Joe Ferguson Buick identified items that did not need to be fixed at an estimated cost of over $3000. I received a second opinion today and the $3000 repair quoted by Joe Ferguson required only a $500 fix from a local garage. I guess making money is more important for Joe Ferguson Buick than the customer. I was disgusted for the second time.
