A 'no-hassle' car-buying experience. We did a lot of research beforehand, so we had an idea of what a "fair" price would be. There was no back-and-forth, nothing adversarial, when we asked for their best out-the-door price. The sales staff were all polite and very friendly, not pushy at all. Our test drive was relaxed and all our questions were answered. We even got a tour of the Service Department. Would definitely buy from this dealership again.

We are travelling and it was time for an oil change. We stopped at the GMC dealer without an appointment. We were greeted by a very nice employee who checked and said it could be done within an hour. Their waiting area was very comfortable. Service completed just under an hour!!!

Easy to make appointment, in and out service, and got in and out in under an hour. Plus they let me know that my tires are good but good be up for new ones the next appointment. So I know ahead of time to prepare for that. Great job, thanks for caring about your customers.

Viable option for service and support; some of the rental vehicle processing could use some automation to reduce issues with service from the rental services. Also some of the handoff between service representatives could use some shared understanding.

Xiomara was able to get me in the same day I called. She very nice and helpful.
Staff was inviting and friendly. Payment options were discussed ( lease vs finance ) and explained thoroughly and in detail. Once the process started I believe both sides felt it was a fair and reasonable transaction. Financing was easy and seamless
Overall great experience. Xiomara was kind, courteous and prompt. I had no appointment and was still taken care of in a timely manner.
I took my 2014 Buick encore to be repaired for an oil and coolant leak on 4-27-26. My car is still leaking, I have taken it back twice, one repair was 5-11-26, the second repair was 5-21- 26 I will be taking it back for the third time on Monday 5-25-26 because it is still leaking. I am so disappointed in this service because the repair bills weren't cheap.
I came in for an oil change and was immediately assisted. My car was completed quickly. I also was easily able to schedule a future appt.

We have purechased several vehicles and/or extended service agreements from Ferguson BUck GMC. We have always had an excellent experience when dealing with Sales, Finance or Service. We will continue to purchase vehicles from Ferguson.
It was an easy buying process, but I do have some concerns about service after the sale. I was disappointed when I made a reasonable ask the Monday following the Saturday sale to exchange a cargo mat for a cargo liner and pay the difference in cost and was told no. The mat is still new, but I wanted the liner for the extra protection in the cargo area. So much for trying to keep your customers happy after the sale.
The workmanship has always been good and for the most part the service reps have always been good but my complaint is that we dropped off our car the night before we have a 8:00 appointment but our 8:00 appointment gets bumped for someone else how chooses to what for there car to be repaired. So we have an 8:00 appointment but don’t get our car worked on until later in the day after every one how sits in the waiting room is done. I brought my car in the night before for an 8 am appt. They kept the car all day. I chose an early appt so I could get my car earlier than it being kept all day.
Ferguson always does a great job they work hard to fit your schedule. They are the best.
Very pleased with service department they are very efficient. We have two Buicks and will return for future service.
Salesman is sort of forgetful! I asked him if he could schedule me a service (since I've never been there before) and he said to go on a Monday and I called him and he told me that I didn't have an appointment, but I did end up going that same Monday to get it worked on so it was a fair experience

The service person was telling me things that were not true, such as, I shouldn’t ever rotate the tires on my 2024 dually, and that they couldn’t diagnose my parking brake issue unless the light was actively on. I know modern vehicles store codes. I took my truck to a different dealership and they fixed the problem. It needed a software update. The light wasn’t on. Your service person either needs training or a different profession.
They are always friendly and professional. I'm glad that I got the extended service plan.

My wife called every 3 to 6 months about a recall on our 2017 Buick enclave and she continued to get the runaround by the service department with excuses like don't worry about it ma'am. The part will come in automatically will call you when it comes in as well as other similar types of excuses. Very easy buying experience. The attitude of each and every individual I talked with was very positive and a pleasure to deal with.
I was able to get a prompt appointment and they knew who I was when I arrived. They performed the required maintenance within a reasonable length of time during my second appointment after having ordered a needed part. They offered a ride home, but I just waited and was pleased with the fairly short wait. Definitely a five star visit.

We have dealt with Ferguson’s since 1996 when we bought our first new suburban and they were wonderful then they’re still wonderful. I believe we own eight GMC Yukon‘s and suburbans and they are delightful in doing maintenance on all of them. They’re very courteous. They’re very prompt. They try and be as helpful as possible and we really appreciate them.
Jared the service manager was very polite, professional and helpful. He tried to get the warranty company to cover what they're supposed to.

I needed a new battery, and the mechanic installed it for me. When I noticed that some engine lights were coming on, Daniel got the mechanic to reset the car's computer.

Xiomara was amazing at taking care of us during both dropping off our car and truck for different services on different days. She expertly assisted us from dropoff to pickup and promptly contacting us as the service technicians identified problems needing fixing. Extremely professional and communicated clearly whenever we called woth questions. Because of her and the people there, Ferguson GMC will be where go for services permanently here in the Springs!

Average overall. Sales folks were relatively friendly, somewhat knowledgeable and very flexible when it came to test drives they allowed me to take the car for an inspection at an outside shop. Although I was not encouraged to do so the inspection that they performed did not include anything under the hood. The car was very clean and the paperwork and purchase was quick and painless. I was not up sold anything, but I paid cash not even sure if they offer paid warranties.
