Had to take a loss on one we had just bought because it had a bad paint job and the dealership didn't seem to care about the bad paint job. So we took a loss on it then the price I was quoted was not honored because of some kind of changes in market how the truck was on loan so we were charges thousands over waht I was quoted a few weeks earlier

The dealership has nice cars.
The dealership has nice cars. When pulled in the lot noticed all the Automobile were clean and in good shape. They also were clean on the inside. Alot of the Dealerships have ok looking cars but then dont bother cleaning the inside. At Ferguson I noticed that they cleaned some of the cars interior. That tells me they have pride in the cars they sell. Don't like getting in a nice car and see dirt or old food in the cloth.

Upon arriving he had the vehicle staged and was ready to test drive. Jared was professional, honest, and personable. I purchased the vehicle and drove home the same day. At a very difficult and emotional time when my whole world was falling apart I went to Ferguson Buick GMC to look at vehicles and the Universe brought Justin Pickett-Trent into my life. He was patient and understanding and listened to my problems and asked me what I needed and wanted. I never dreamed that he could find me a car that I would be enjoying so much I almost feel guilty. Justin was a person trying to help another person through a stressful situation. My life has taken a different path but I'm enjoying the ride a lot more now in my GMC Terrain.
