Had to take a loss on one we had just bought because it had a bad paint job and the dealership didn't seem to care about the bad paint job. So we took a loss on it then the price I was quoted was not honored because of some kind of changes in market how the truck was on loan so we were charges thousands over waht I was quoted a few weeks earlier

I thought David (and for that matter everyone we came in contact with) was very personable and easy to talk to. They made the car buying experience actually enjoyable (which I didn’t think was possible). I was dreading the whole deal of car buying and it ended up being nothing like I expected. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped with the contracts/financing documents as he was very nice too. We finished purchase late so we coordinated with David and came back the next day to help us learn all the fancy electronics and set up Bluetooth for phones and he demonstrated so much stuff. He took all the time we needed and just went over and above to help us anyway he could.

Brian and the sales manger were great. The whole experience was great until I went into the finance dept. that man was absolutely horribly and out of line. I threatened to walk out if he didn't stop his very harsh comments and rude behavior. If I ever have to deal with him again on another purchase, I will not return to the dealership at all.
